Boca Nannies is a professional in-home childcare and caretaker referral agency.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, we place discreet, experienced nannies, newborn care specialists, newborn care specialists, and household staff with families who expect precision, privacy, and longevity.
Every referral is hand-vetted, reference-verified, and matched to your household's rhythm. We do not advertise publicly or flood inboxes. We work by appointment, with a deliberately limited roster of families and candidates at any time.
Whether you need a full-time nanny in Royal Palm Yacht Club, an overnight newborn care specialist in The Sanctuary, or a rotational newborn care specialist for a seasonal home, our placement team builds the search around your family — not a database.
Serving South Florida's most discerning households.
From Palm Beach to Miami-Dade, we refer childcare and household professionals for primary residences, seasonal estates, yachts, and travel.

Registration is free. A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to begin the search and is credited toward your placement fee. The full placement fee is due upfront before your nanny or newborn care specialist begins.
