- Do you place for a single residence or multi-property estates?
- Both. Many of our principal households operate two to four residences (Florida, Aspen, Hamptons, international). We structure staffing plans accordingly — including travel staff and seasonal rotations.
- Are NDAs standard?
- Yes. Every household-staff placement is NDA-bound by default. Confidentiality is not a premium service for us — it is the baseline.
- Can you build a full staffing plan from scratch?
- Yes. For new estates or major lifestyle transitions (new residence, principal succession, growing family), we consult on org structure, role definitions, compensation benchmarks, and phased hiring.
- How are household-staff salaries structured?
- Compensation varies by role, experience, and residence. Estate managers typically range from $130k – $300k+; private chefs $90k – $250k+; housekeepers $75k – $130k. We provide a benchmark report at intake.
- What is your replacement warranty?
- Household-staff placements include up to a 6-month replacement warranty depending on tier. If the placement does not work for any reason, we conduct a complimentary replacement search.
